Keep trying
Well, it's been 16 days of straight shaving and I only have one cut, and that was from the first shave. I've been careful and paying attention to my angles and my lather, so I think I'm starting to get the hang of it. I can get my cheek and down my neck a little but I'm still a little shaky with my left side; getting better though. I'm really starting to enjoy the feeling of shaving like this. I just wanted to thank everyone here for all of the help and tips both directly and indirectly. I've enjoyed reading the posts here and I hope that someday I can help others, but I need to get a little better before that starts. lol
I'm getting better and that's the important part. I had a rocky start but I'm making the best of it. And I believe that the best advise I've received and can give is "Don't give up." It's like riding a bike, If you fall pick yourself up and try again. I mean a couple of scraped knees didn't stop us as kids, so why should a couple of nicks stop us now.
Don't give up, Keep trying

That's the spirit!!!
Welcome to the community.
Just take it slow and make a bit of progress every day. Before you know it, you'll be shaving like a pro.
I still find it amazing that even with getting a less than perfect shave while I was in the learning stages, I still enjoyed myself. Now that I've been doing this a while and its become a lot more relaxed, I'm enjoying it even more.
Keep going, it only gets better from here.
