Can you shave with it?
I've had some inadvertent--but very very close--shaves that involved lighters. Folks would ask me "Wow, how'd you shave your eyelashes??"
Come to think of it, I did get shaved lighting a BBQ once. BBS on my arms and curled my eye lashes.

I cant se the picture but judging by the description, its likely a hand/body warmer.
That's a Zippo handwarmer, still available new from Zippo. They work nicely but should never be over-filled. It does look like that one has been dropped a few times. Good luck with it!
I use one everyday in the winter, hung around my neck. Sure helps when im erecting steel in -25 lol
