Sounds like a plan. At least he can have a close look & see the problem first hand.

Yes, it on it's way back for me to take a look at.
I should be able to determine what's going once it's here.
On a side note..
Hopefully you don't have to shave every 6 hours :D.
Personally, the perfect timeframe between shaves for me is 2 days.
While I can tell a different between 2 day shaves and back-to-back shaves it should be to the point of great shave one day and not removing a single hair the next day..lol
Okay,
I got it back from Brian today. Shaved like a million bucks, with HARD, thick 4 day growth. I stropped it in the middle of shaving, just after my first pass just to get an idea if I'm making it better or worse. To be honest, all I could tell is after my own stropping, it did not shave worse than when I started. This thing is so incredibly awesome! I'm am so proud to call this my "first" custom. Although, I have to wait for my Robert Williams on order and am in waiting line for a Alex Jacques, I am content with this getting me through the waiting period, and am indeed very grateful that this was offered to me. I LOVE THIS RAZOR!!!! Thank you Brian for taking such great care of me, and such fantastic customer service and response times.
Before Brian chimes in, he mentioned that he thought he could "fix" this issue with a good stropping on his end. I believe he did a very light honing, then re stropped it. I"ll let him chime in officially, but that's what I believe happened. He mentioned to me to be a little more aggressive with stropping, and to not be afraid of ruining the blade. To have a little confidence in stropping. So, I think with that said, it was easier for me to strop it today. I probably was a little afraid of ruining such a beautiful, expensive, blade. I'm in good shape now, and set. I do hope he chimes in for you guys though.
