When You can diagnose a problem with your shave/equipment and take the appropriate action to cure it without resorting to places like this or texts on the subject.
This does not mean in any way that you know everything, just know enough to maintain a good shave for every day. We are all still learning and you would be fooling yourself to think you're not.
