Wow, what a great tip! I am going to try this after my next meal. I can't believe I'm excited about brushing my teeth...my parents should have taught me to shave when I was 5 :P
Thanks everyone for all the helpful advice.
Well I'm a southpaw too though I don't know if I want to be grouped too close to X! Seriously though you should be glad your lefthanded because most lefthanded people have to adapt to a righthanded world so we already have more dexterity with our right hands than right handed people have with their left hands. Reminds me of when I worked in Law Enforcement and when we had to qualify at the range 4x a year and part of the qualification was one handed shooting with your off hand. When those rightys had to shoot with their left hands I always had extra holes in my target. They just couldn't understand how I could shoot about the same left or right hand.
Just practice and the dexterity will come sooner than you think.
:OT Lol, I'm a lefty myself as well. And spendur I know exactly what you mean. I grew up in a shooting family, all right handed. I learned from the start to shoot right handed, however I was always more comfortable left handed. Two years I was out in Nebraska hunting birds and the chance to take a shot at a coyote came up. I took the shot right handed and our guide was simply stunned. He watched me hunt birds left handed for three days. I actually had to prove to him on a target that it doesn't much matter which hand is forward on a rifle.
As for shaving, I've run a straight ravor over my face three times now. And so far, I feel like a fool with it in my right hand. lol. That one is gonna take some practice. I think I'll be doing the tooth brushing trick as well. (Mighty fine idea)
