Any Products in Istanbul or Georgia?

Hi All,
I'm still new at this, although doing reasonably well (except the hollows of my neck along the Adam's apple..ideas?)

I'm traveling to Istanbul for a few days then to Georgia. Any razors or wet shaving products I should be on the lookout for? Bargains or items not available here?
