Hi everyone.

A while back I came across my dad's/grandpa's shaving gear in a zip lock bag. I opened it up and found a Schick injector. A Gillette slim. An Israeli made brush and another brush. My grandpa's brush being the other brush looked a lot older and it is. Was hoping to get an ID on it. The knot is a little loose so I'm hesitant on using it but I would like to get it reknotted at some point. Along with my father's brush.

I've only got a pic of my grandpa's brush because I'm currently using my dad's old brush. Anyways after I shampooed and conditioned it it feels very very soft. Not sure what kind of hair but it's got a reddish tinge to it.

The brush says victoria in gold letters.

This brush isn't the Israeli brush. It is an unknown origin.

it looks like boar to me.

It is much much softer than any boar brush I've used. It has a comparable sensation to my Thater Silvertip..

Could it be horsehair?
