I think it looks good, what's the finish?
Very nice work. I like the satin finish.
I haven't had a chance to use a lathe since high school wood shop, and that's was a long time ago. Always thought it would be great to have my own.
looks pretty awesome....you will have to give an update once you've used it.
I like the idea of making my own brush with hair from goldennib...unfortunately, I have never worked with wood and do not have a lathe. Do you guys know of any alternatives to make or purchase a handle? If the hair is as good as it looks, these brushes beat spending $100+
I make mine without a lathe, and you could find anything cool looking to drill a hole in (or with a hole already) and epoxy in a badger knot.

is the goldennib hair as luxurious as other high priced brushes?
many people here have used them, they are a great quality.. I'm not going to say which are better or worse, but the golden nibs are really a good value. You wouldn't be disappointed.
I can't actually compare to other high priced brushes, because I haven't used one, but I have used a knot from the golden nib to restore an old brush, and I can't really imagine that there's any room for improvement. Holds a bucket of water, but shakes out easily if there's too much, produces wonderful lather, very comfortable on the face. What else is there?
Very nice!!
Very nice! :tu
Very nice work!
I'll repeat a question asked earlier, what kind of finish? Cocobolo absolutely gave me fits trying to get a decent finish on it.
Mahoney walnut oil it CANNOT be beat.

Very nice, let me know how it does with the soap and hot water over time.
Just used the brush and the lather was out of this world!!!!
