While rummaging through my stash of wood, I came across some driftwood I use to make walking sticks out of years ago. So I thought what a great wood for a shaving brush. Something that has floated around in the lake and is already water logged :) I wanted to keep this as natural looking as possible, so the handle is not turned completely concentric. I wanted to leave some natural look to the driiftwood on the brush handle. For the base, I cut out a nice piece with an imbedded lake rock in it. So this set definately has the old time look to it. Complete with an oil finish, cracks, voids & 22mm Black Badger knot :) Disclaimer....This is Pre Ban driftwood, driftwood can no longer be taken from lakes in Arizona, but can be used at the lake for firewood. Thanks for looking
