You could consider a Kent BK4; I have found this to be an excellent brush

I own, regularly use, and highly recommend either of these two brushes:

• Rooney 1/1 in Super Badger -- $74.99 at Vintage Blades
• Plisson #12 in Pure Black Badger -- $93 at Atkinson's

I have shipped brushes and brush handles to OZ, with First Class mail it is about $10/12, if the package is under one pound weight. The transit time was not bad, a bit over a week.
