just browsing around and i really like the looks of this brush.. it has a nice retro kinda look to it.. and for only $18 with a drip stand included.. it's kinda worth the gamble.. anyone have any experience?

Looks like a boar. For 18 bucks how can you go wrong? It's a basic piece and even if it lasts a couple of years you're ahead of the game as long as you like boar.

No experience with these Vic,but I have seen omega's sold through barber supply before.My guess is they are probably a decent boar.The retro is a nice look.Check out Col. Conk's long wooden handle pure badger brushes if you like the retro barber look.I have one and I put and eyelet at the end of it and hang it by a lanyard.If I remember correct,it cost something like $25. n change good dependable brush and works very nicely .:):) Tell Nightblade kitty I said Meeeeoooow!:D
I believe Omega also makes a big Boar called the Bruiser or something like that.It's is also a real cool barber retro looking thing. I'm gonna go stuff my face full O wings...talk to ya laters y'all ! :medvl:

Since I've had it, I've used the brush about 85% of the time. I still like using my badger now and again, but I have coarse whiskers that really respond well to those stiff boar bristles. Like you said, for 18 bones, how can you go wrong?

So, I've got this brush and what is rather strange for a non sketched boar, the tips were quite soft when I got it (softer than my Omega 81052!)They seemed to be split already, but brush was new and got its boar stink when wet, so I doubt someone sent me a used product. It has a nice backbone also. I am curious about others experience with this brush.

I have an Omega with many of the features in the brush you mention. It's a functional boar brush, good backbone, and does the job well. The stand is not the typical acrylic stand; rather, this is on the small size, somewhat flimsy, but it, too, does the job well enough. The brush and stand combination are a good bargain.

Ωmega are Italian-made brushes.
This one is certainly made of bristles as it says so “pura setola”.
I have the famous Ωmega 48 pro and I am very satisfied.
Bristle Ωmega brushes are good quality brushes.
I have one for travel but still prefer the badger on my face
:beer1:If this helps or not I don't know but I own 3 Omega boar bristle brush's and love all of them, lots of great lather even with water that's from a well and as such, very, very hard. You won't be dissapointed, promise. good brush's all.
