P.S. Bummer losing the brush :(
i too have flushed a brush... i was awoken one morning by my 3 year old charge to find out the restroom was flooded.. i plunged forever and finally had to bring out a snake.. i ended up bringing up a completely mangled wee scot.. i was heartbroken..
i blamed it on the 3 year old.
I think you deserve credit for flushing rodent(s?) down your toilet. Sorry to hear about your brush though, maybe if you get it back you can use it as a scare crow for rats.
Dylan, whatever you do don't put a brush that is not dry in a closed cabinet. At least I've read that in more than one set of care instructions by the brush mfgs. The moisture in an enclosed space can lead to mildew in the knot. Sorry about your Thater.
Oh man, that is BRUTAL.
Well, I won't be brushless for long, it seems. A replacement is on the way.
Regarding drying the brush - that is something I think I'm very careful about. I give it a firm squeezing, then shake the bristles towards my shower curtain. When I can no longer hear droplets hitting the curtain, I give her some swirls on a towel and then hang her up.
I'll definitely be putting the toilet seat down from now on (or at least trying to remember), and looking for a better place for the brush.
No Mystery. You see there was a local squirrel and he's been looking in your window for months admiring that brush and wanting to make it his. So he got in your place and when no one was around he grabbed it however the scent of that awful soap you use stunned him and he dropped it and it fell right in the toilet. He then in a state of shock staggered away.
ROTFLMAO oh that is funny not to you I'm sure, but I got a chuckle out of it. Maybe a mouse knocked it off the shelf
