I think both would do an excellent job for many years to come.
I'd personally go for the Super, but that is just preference. Both are very good quality brushes.
My only thing with with Vulfix is their silvertip brushes are very floppy. Personally I don't like that. If you like backbone in a brush the Simpson might be the better choice. Functionally they would both serve you well.
I love my Simpsons. Mine is a large, Persian Jar 2 in two-band super. It's got a ton of back bone, but the hair is very soft on the face.
I agree... The Simpsons PJ2 would be an excellent choice for your needs.
Vulfix also makes a combination boar/badger brush, The Grosnevor, that I like a lot too for lathering both creams and soaps.
This is the brush I've just started using. It is a lather machine and a fantastic value.

Carazor, do you have a link for that brush? Thanks--
Hey PCG,
Bryce only sells on ebay. Here's a link to one of his current brushes. I highly recommend them!

The PJ2 is an awesome choice but for me I still hold my Rooney 3/1 near and dear...
