my first one
During the days I was home I thought I'm going to make a brush.
piece of oak, a sharp knife, a hand file, sandpaper and a lot of patience later.
A 26mm hole in it ,The handle itself is 60 mm high.
A Silvertip bulb is ordered (thegoldennib.)
Hope the bulb arrives soon so I can take it into use.
And after 3 layers of yacht varnish this has come out. I'm a little proud of myself, because I'm not a craftsman, and normally i do not have much patience for this stuff

All done by hand, that looks pretty sweet to me. +1 to posting a picture with the bulb once complete.

That is a really nice handle, has a great shape to it. When you get the knot make sure you post some pics

Looks great! How did you do the metal ring? Gives it a nice finishing touch.
-
Metal ring comes from a brush that I had once demolished.;)
I once tried a brush to get rid of his hair. end of the story all ended in the trash.(I'm not so patient in this fine work););)
Keep what you ever could need, we say in Holland.
We're saving..... very dutch ;)
