New Brush
Well thanks to a great mother in law I now get to retire my 9 dollar shaving brush I bought at Target. She found this one in an antique store. I drilled out the old knot and poped in one from lee valley. I like the retro look. So I now have a 10 dollar knot looks like I'm moving up :)

Cool looking brush. I like it :)

Beauty....
Baby steps, eh D? How do the new bristles feel?

Is that glass or plastic. If it's glass maybe cut-glass or if you're really lucky Waterford Crystal.
Looks great either way.

I can't wait till tomorrow to try it out. Thanks its plastic made a mold of it before putting in the knot might try making some.

I can't seem to find this knot in their online catalogue. Can someone post a link or item#?

I have that same lucite handle. I love it. I will eventually restore it with a new knot. Trying to decide how much I want to put into it. Might splurge and go with a Shavemac knot. Would make a really nice brush.
