I now frank shaving brush is good. I have a couple of those now for about. A year and a half. No problems. Cheap but good I say try.
The other brand you name i dont now.
In my opinion, the finest badger from Franks is better than the silvertip I have from him. The silvertip, been the most expensive, I have relegated it to the creams only (it can pick up hard soaps, but time consuming). However, they both whip up a good lather very effectively. Double O
I have a large silvertip brush and a normal sized Finest Badger from Franks Shaving. The silvertip brush is used to wip up the creams to a smooth lather and the finest is used to wip up my hard soaps. Both are very good brushes. Consider the price they can compete with more expensive models.
Thanks, that helps a lot.
IME, whatever brand, a short loft, around 50 give or take a couple of mm, will have more backbone and resilience. YMMV.
