Turquoise Tru stone shave brush.

Another I did today, got sent home early today cause of rain. Had lots of time to turn. :tu

It's a TGN 22mm pure badger in Turquoise Tru stone. I sanded it wet, up 2500 grit and added some v grooves for grip.

Very Nice brush. I went to a gem show last week and saw many pces of handle size,I thought about it as I have A grinding attachment for my lathe.

Very nice brush. I would think real would be very expensive. Some accents with silver would look really cool too .

You Can buy a 500 Gm pce for 200 Bux.plenty to make a brush handle.

There's big hunks on the bay. Real?????? Who knows. Most of the sellers have 100% feedback. Might be worth a try.

Main problem is,how ar you going to shape it,is very hard stone.

Good question......
I'm thinking about a hand grinder with a diamond blade. Use that while the lathe is spinning on the lowest speed.

Now, boring the hole for the badger........ no idea.
