How could anyone having seen that brush not want it? Regardless of what that pedantic person thinks, it is clearly a beautiful piece of work
If it's a Member, they ought to be banned! That's shameful!!!!!!!!!
To use the slight differences within the tolerances as an excuse to not pay for the work is Inexcusable!!!
While I've lost a couple of razor from loaning, I've accepted the fact that things happen and have let it go; but to blatantly refuse to not pay for your time, materials and expertise should have consequences!

Well I'd bet the problems with the numbers wasn't .001 vs .003 ........ but the guy's SWMBO ......... said 'What ! Another brush!! ?' Or maybe he just ran short of $ ?
I feel for you as a similar thing happened to me when I used to make custom instrument cases, I'm sure you'll be able to sell it and not actually lose anything though.
Very nice brush. Did you get that close to specs with hand tools?
