    Default Rules

I just read this and noticed that I may be in violation of this rule by posting too many brushes. If so I am sorry. Please feel free to remove them.

I was wondering why I was the only one posting in this section when I know there are others that make brushes. I guess it has to do with this rule.

If your talking about free advertising by showing off your brushes when you will be selling them its a fine line. When you first start making stuff its nice to be able to show your stuff. But when you start listing them for sale its time to not post them until they are sold.
This is what i get from the rules and how i went about it as i was making brushes for a while.

If you were getting out of line one of us would PM you and slap your hand.

I would not worry about it. Post your brushes!
Was a silly rule from back in the old days. I think some drive-by brushmakers or something at the time.

    Everyone enjoys seeing them!

I went through a catholic school system so hand slapping was the norm...lol
To be honest I enjoy making things but have no intention on keeping so many brushes so at some point thy will end up for sale somewhere it is just a matter of when.

I have to agree it is a silly rule. Since the people that sell here pay for the privilege to do so and when thy do thy can no longer contribute to the forum with post of what thy are working on if thy intend to sell it.
There are a few that sell BST that we never see any of there work because of it. razors come to mind.
I for one see many razors in the BST section that I would love to see the before and after pictures.

Gee, I think a BST rule is you cannot have posted anywhere about something for two whole weeks if you put it up for sale in the BST.

    Sort of contradictory?

Everything is for sale eventually I suppose.

Trust me, if you were breaking the rules you'd hear about it. But it's commendable that you are interested in keeping in the narrow way.

Vinnie will be coming over to your house later to "explain" the rules for you. You can live with a broken leg right?

You can post all the crafts you want as long as they don't concurrently appear on the sales forums or you do not mention that they are up for sale.

If someone wants to contact you via PM you can make whatever arrangements you want.

LOL.. Vinny has been to my house in the past but he left with a splitting headache and vowed he would never return.
