Delta airlines
I've never flown Delta unless I had to but I never knew they had their own honor guard for military personel who take that "last fligth" home. I think it is very impressive

It's nice to see some honor in a corporation.

I've always liked Delta Airline's style. They have always been professional, even when the situation was difficult.

Yup. There's a reason my Grandfather flew Delta pretty much anywhere he needed to go. They always treated him right and were always professional.
Well, that and the fact that he believed in supporting local business/local economy. Since they're headquartered in Atlanta, created lots of local jobs... well, you get the idea.

Nice of them to have the HG for our fallen soldiers. FYI, every Federalized Airport has a DHS Honor Guard as well.

In Canada - we have renamed one of our largest highways, the 401, to, "The Highway of Heroes", and anytime a service member is brought home, thousands line the highway over-passes to pay respect.
Here's an American report on it - I've taken my kids to an overpass near our home several times:

I remember when they brought my buddy back to oregon, they had the military, fire dept police dept, airline, motorcyle club honor guards all out on the tarmac it was kind of crazy how many people were out there on the runway, i never thought the air port would allow all that.
