I grew habaneros this summer as well as jalapenos and had a bumper crop. Other than using them in cooling types of salsa/relish (mango, pineapple, etc) the habaneros are so hot I'm not sure how to use them. Suggestions welcomed.
I guess it depends on how hot of a pepper a person likes. My wife and I eat them like candy lol
A Habanero will lose some heat when cooked. If you make fresh salsa, roast the habs first.
