It's the same story with just about every other area of enforcement.
So nothing special there.
Agreed, we have many laws, good laws that for various reasons are unenforceable. This is a story about the tragic loss of majestic species, some of whom may disappear in the wild in the very near future due to the follies of man. Gone for trinkets and the promise of virility, general ignorance and overpopulation.
