Tom, consider Western Oregon. From the Willamette Valley west you have moderate weather. When you want variety you go east to the desert or the mountains. Lush green west, arid and/or snowy east.

TBH, we have an extremely wide variety here in Texas! It's all here, somewhere!

Our air temperature is never very hot and never very cold. If you go to the interior of the islands you can find snow and cold but nobody lives in those places. Our temperatures are very similar to Oregon actually or coastal Washington state.

I have no idea what milk is right now. Gas is around $1.40 per liter.
