That doesn't surprise me.
Just makes me love my P229 .40 cal. even more!

I had a 229 and traded it for a 320 sub compact. I go a 320 compact not long after they came out and do love it. The only problem with the sub compact is finding a holster for it i like that doesn't cost a arm and leg.
Nice little pistol. I have a CZ85 combat model...it's nice but I have to admit sometimes I get a little jealous of the composites being lighter and all. Interesting that they stuck with 9mm since I believe most law enforcement now packs 40cal but, I may be wrong.
Oh Jimmy! Why did you have to post that? I feel so outdated and antiquated. Most people think that I'm a relic and my old ways are not acceptable in the modern world of today.
I remember when the Marines switched over to the Berettas and I was pissed off about that. I still carry a 1911 and always will. However, I did get a Sig Sauer 2022 and really like it.
