I thought you guys might like to see a pic of my favorite Sushi Chef, Liang, with a Santuko the Maestro made for him. This thing is absolutely gorgeous. MOP inlay into the knife with Liang's name engraved into it. Wish I would have taken a pic of the knife alone before giving it to him, but this is a nice shot in any case.
The Maestro's cutlery is as amazing as his other knives and straight razors.
