Sucks. Hope you walked away like the girl in the red Nissan.
I didn't have to walk. The wife and I had an Ambulance each. $40 for each Ambulance and $1200 for the fire department.
We had accident forgiveness on our car insurance and they picked up all the bills, including the private complex care, psw's and Phsyio.
I bet they hate us.
Anolis sagrei: brown anole, red phase

For those who don't know, all the species of anoles are melanomorphic like the chameleon. They also have eyes that move independently like the chameleon does but they don't extrude like the chameleon's so no one jumps up and down about it but whatever...
Anyway, the brown anole normally changes from tan to dark brown and even black. Red phase is pretty rare. They change to all the colors of other brown anoles but also include yellow and red. It's pretty cool to have one in my yard.
Glad I don't live in Florida. I would spend my days killing lizards and snakes
Are you kidding? That's one of the coolest things about living in Florida. I spent my youth chasing and catching them. Hell, I still like to catch lizards. Snakes not as much anymore. I caught a 5 foot Eastern Diamondback one time.
They would all die. Sorry. Now my kittie cat is ok. But the rest off them critters...
I hear ya Jerry.
Creepy Crawlies, slimy things, wriggly things - they all have to go, if it has more legs than a dog it can get off my property.
I pay the spider people to come and spreay twice a year.
At least you probably don't get those things they call fish flies here. They come out of the lake once a year in their millions, big as a Jack Russell and swallow sparrows whole. They frighten me so much that I stock up and stay in till there gone.
