My wife would want one for a pet.
They are impressive, but I sure wouldn’t want our beagle in the yard when they are around. He’d be an appetizer. Bad enough with coyotes.
I used a device called a Scraminal to train my cats to stay off tables and countertops. It's a motion sensing alarm. Something like that quickly would train those larger cats to move on.
I am impressed by the size of their paws. Real snow boots.
They had a cat door to the outside and a really big sandbox there!
Also the biggest problem with the big cats is, during puberty, the males want to mark everything! Crystallized salt can be a serious "pong" mess.
I was never scratched during the hours I spent with them.
Imagine a Bobcat Queen bringing you her new litter, eyes not yet open, one by one into your hand for approval. I miss them, even after 35 years.

Yes, more like snowshoes though. It really helps them get around in the snow.
