I am rather surprised I might have to explain why that isn't true to a liberal, I mean after all you guys pretty much invented the use of "Extenuating Circumstances" I mean come man people this is like arguing with toddlers now..

So then we can agree, Trump is not going to be affected by the law in the same way as a normal American.

Now do you believe everyone should share the same or similar sentancing for the same crime? Or do you agree with "Extenuating Circumstances" for specific people. Maybe I am a little bit different from what FOX news says about the typical Democrat. If Biden was found guilty, or whoever the next democratic nominee is, I would be all for them serving their time.

Someone should change the name of this thread to "The American Situation"

Every day innocent civilians are intentionally targeted in Ukraine by a dictator who has no regard for human life.
If together, the countries that could help, put forth the maximum effort they could have when this began this would have been over long ago and China and Russia would not feel so emboldened.

The law would have never been twisted so drastically to indict a "Normal" american, not sure if you read the article I posted earlier on this, probably not
