Well, it's really complicated. It's making certain "parts" they can implant that will allow the testes to produce sperm.

They can't produce sperm. It has DNA coding with chromosomes and genes which has to come from a living breathing person. If they could do that then they could make eggs too and then we are all in trouble.

One man's lifetime semen can inseminate millions of women so, yes, most men are replaceable.
