Test for all parents

Ok, I have no children but after I saw this I knew that I will never be as good a dad as this guy.
One of the most moving videos I have seen for a long time - It's not that he did it once but that he has done it so many times.
It is nice to come across something on the internet showing such thought and kindness when you normally just see violence and problems.

(If you can watch this without feeling anything then I think you are without a heart! I had tears in my eyes after reading the story)

I've seen the documentry on this story and it is increadable what this man has given to his son. What really gets me is the look of joy and happiness on the boys face as they are racing.

What a gift this man has given his son.

Didn't the father have heart desease? - and did he pass away? It seems something like that happened. I can't remember.

I thought he had a heart attack when racing, I don't think he died though because he was so fit.

that really really got to me. I have a 13 month old son named Asa that was born with complications. he came out with no hearbeat and after being revived it was shown that he was unable to move his right arm and the drs and nurses said he had brain damage. we spent a week in neonatal intensive care wondering if he would ever be able to lead a normal life and be able to do things like talk and feed himself. So far he has recovered miraculously, no sign of brain damage and his arm is only slighly limmitted in its range of motion.

i watched the video and read the link, afterwords i checked wikipedia for "team hoyt" and found this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Team_Hoyt the last line really got to me. What an encouragement to fathers to give it their all for their kids.

This should be shown to parents who are "too busy" to be with their kids....
