Everyone wonders why the average Joe and Jane are so eager to sue anyone over anything..... well when their own government comes up with BS lawsuits like this one its little wonder to me.

I cannot believe that they wanted the manufacturer to monitor dealers who sell guns illegally :thinking: isn't that the job of the government??? How would they even know who is breaking the law and who isn't?

We don't ask Hewlett Packard to monitor their resellers who sell to internet pedophiles who use their computers to trade kiddie porn nor do we hold HP responsible for the actions of their customers and what they do with HP products.

AH CRAP! I bet some NYC City Attorney just tripped over this post and is now feverishly writing up the lawsuit against HP.
