Let's do a thread about Georgian cheese...Georgians have amazing cuisine...they have an appetizer called khachepuri...it is a puff pastry that is stuffy with fragrant farmer cheese and then fried or baked.....drooooooooooooooooooool.

Georgians also have another delicacy. It's the Tater Tot Opossum Casserole. Oh, wait a minute, that's the other Georgia....:p
