W&B "Special"?
She can read, right?
Can you cook, lite candles, play soft music, do the dishes? Need a recipe?
I dunno about the dishes man...that's asking a lot:roflmao
Sure, got a good recipe?
I tried the razor thing, and after much thought, I decided it wasn't in either of our best interests (though a DE may be in her future).
I've always believed that actions speak louder than gifts, a thoughtful day doing what she wants (or something you've both wanted to do) might be a good starting point.
The natural Japanese hone from OLD_SCHOOL that yo...err...I mean she always wanted!! Some flowers and chocolates with a nice card would be a nice addition to the hone, and quite possibly help to avoid the trip to the emergency room!:w
Oh god, I can imagine it now:
Her: "What the hell is this?"
Me: "A very rare and expensive 30,000 grit water stone from Japan"
Her: "and I would do what with this?"
Me: "Well, see, it goes along great with your Christmas present, a great frameback Wade and Butcher, also rare and expensive."
Her: "..."
Me: "Uhh, look, I made dinner" :w
Russel, that's not a bad idea either. Now just to figure out what she wants to do:cry:
Actually, get her 6 Japanese hones and tell her they are a set of artsy drink coasters!;):D
That'd be like getting her a 7/8 frameback W&B and saying it was a steak knife:cry::gth
+1 on this.
My wife usually has given me a lot of hints throughout the year, and sometimes I remember.
But doing something that she wants (like go shopping for perfume, or whatever) and then cooking something she really likes is a good idea.
Or take her on a weekend to someplace that she always wanted to go to or something. The main thing is that it's about her and what she would like.
