I have to hand it to you: you win this contest hands down.
Ok it's not an actual contest, but going with so little sleep takes a lot of character, and not many would be able to keep it up for prolonged periods of time.

I work a rotating shift schedule. One week of nights, then a week of days. 12 hours long with a hour commute both ways. On nights I am lucky to get more than 4 hours a day. I just don't sleep well during the day. On days I get about 6 hours sleep. On my time off I get about 12 hours of sleep a day. It really takes it's toll on you. The scary thing is that they expect over 50% of power plant employee's to retire soon, same for the lineman. Good luck keeping the lights on after that. then I don't know what well do. Nurse's work the same shift. Think about that next time there about to stick you with a shot of whatever it is. How many days have they gone without sleep and they still have to give out shots and medicine. I'm in the process of looking for another career. They don't pay enough to live like this. Same with nurses. I think that's one of the major reason's there such a shortage.
Ah, Nursing isn't as bad as you're making out. You can work Sat and Sun night, 12hr each, and get paid for 40. That's just one example of the various schedules you can choose. My wife works 3 days a week, 36 hours, and gets paid for 40. She chooses which days and what times she works. Even if you get stuck on a regular schedule, it's still a 2-2-3, and you work 3 days one week, and 4 the next.
Work sets my schedule p at 5:00 or as I like to say too GD early, I prefer to sleep till about 7:30. No matter what I need about 7 hours to feel healthy though. If I try to go more than a couple of weeks with less sleep than that and I will start to feel sick.
I set my sleep schedule.
I like to awaken by 6 am so I can enjoy a leisurely shave and still be at work by 8. It's a long drive.
I like to sleep at least 3 hours, and I usually sleep 6-8 hours.
