They don't. What I meant is that out of stubbornness you could physically write the name in on the ballot, but it would be unconstitutional (state law) to count it

Chuck Norris is pro gun. he doesn't need them, personally, because he can roundhouse kick people to death with his cowboy boots, but he thinks that guns are mighty nice accessories that can really zazz up an outfit.
