That is good, I grant you, but I prefer Vegemite and Stilton when I want to go posh.

If you put the marmite on top of the cheese and grill it, it goes very chewy and sticky - just another way to eat it.
I have found that I have to be careful when grilling Marmite directly. It has a tendency to gain the properties of napalm!:cry:
Yes, you do need to keep an eye on it. It needs just about the same time as a good cheddar takes to melt at medium heat on the grill!
Vegemite is good on toast under poached eggs, also good with cellerey and cheese sandwitches. Iffen I am hungry enough I will have it spread on home made bread toast. Guess you have to be an Aussie to really like it. Cheers
