Supplier Needed: Polyethylene Balls

Although this is utterly un-razor-related (and thus its placement in The Conversation), due to the fact that there are so many talented craftsmen lurking about SRP, I figured it was worth a shot...

My wife requires a steady supply of large (i.e. 17" and 24" diameter) polyethylene balls in her business. Her current supplier just raised prices past the point of profitability. (Note: other plastics, equally hard, smooth and non-toxic, are acceptable and worth exploring.)
