After reading some of the info on the parents, my instant thought was "Publicity Stunt" they just had all their wacky websites published on national news....

Yeah, if this wasn't a publicity stunt, I'd be shocked... It went from the kid in the balloon, to people reporting seeing something fall from the balloon, to him hiding in the attic the whole time:thinking:

I love the responses from the family members

first the pause,

then the mom thinks "oh, play dumb!" ..... "you could hear us?"

then the other kids looking at mom and dad as if to say "what are we supposed to do now, we're used to you giving us instructions on what to say next. Aren't you going to explain what you said about the show?"

and the dad like he's in some other dimension - he almost sounds like a politician because his responses seem to totally ignore what was just said
