Unfortunately yes, in my youth, a long time ago.
LOL. No and I've never even see anyone that drunk! It would take an awful lot of what ever to get me to that point and I think I'd die of alcohol poisoning before it showed. Are you sure he's drunk and doesn't have some other problem? Makes me wonder what his starting point looks like.
Propably sometimes in my youth. At least that is what i'm told.

No I haven't and I have been plenty drunk when I was a kid. Never saw anyone that drunk either and I've seen a lot of them. Maybe he was pilled up as well or play acting.
