Treason implies an overt act in violation of the allegiance owed to one's country, specifically levying war against it or giving aid or comfort to its enemies in a time of war.
There's a big difference between an action being unconstitutional and it being treasonous.

AND given the coal resources we have in the US no congress or president

attic fan blowing heat out and another heat pump spinning in circles
as the kids stare at the unmoving contents of the refrigerator for
