Hmm...if it could hold off and only grow faster on the weekends, that'd be mighty considerate.
I actually have a beard that grows fast enough that I could almost shave twice a day, but once is enough. Sometimes if I shave really early in the morning and have to go out at night I will make a quick N->S pass.
Later,

So long as my skin recovered more quickly, I wouldn't mind my beard growing faster.
Basically I hate shaving, but I hate straight razor shaving less than any other way of shaving. Straight shaving gives me the satisfaction of choosing my own tool and honing it to my own liking.
DE shaves and electric shaves give me crap results, cartrigde shaves reasonable results, straight shaves give me near perfect results.
I'm at the service so i have to shave every day. Daily shaving has became sort of automatic reaction from almost 30 years of shaving.
I use DE at work, so when at home, why not do it the comfortable and nice way and use straights?
And no, my beard grows quite fast but i wouldn't shave twice a day.
I'm satisfied with once a day. Too much of a good thing is not necessarily good at all IME.
I use Rogaine as an aftershave daily. I now have so much facial hair I need to shave every 30 minutes.
It's wonderful!
Shaving once every weekday is enough. If I'm not going somewhere where I need to be smart and presentable, I sometimes skip shaving at the weekend.
Not much, it's just shaving. I have a life out there somewhere.
I don't like shaving at all. If I shave twice in a given week, I have spent too much time shaving. I shave with a straight only because I like sharp tools and weapons. I don't think it is any better than shaving with a disposable cartridge thing. In fact, it is much more effort and I doubt the results are good enough to be "worth the effort". I simply enjoy the care and feeding of the razor. I do the same restorative work on hatchets.
'Oh, let me count the ways.' I do love / enjoy shaving to the degree that I have wished that very thing. And there are a few fellas fortunate enough (IMPO) to be able to do so, of course not being in their shoes so to speak I suppose that they may not always consider it a blessing. Plus I have sensitive skin, but usually shave everyday, and my skin probly would not stand up to it more than once a day, once a day is pretty much all that my skin will take.
I love shaving so much I built a time machine so after I finish I can start all over again. Har Har.
i love to shave with straights:y..i do not know if i could twice a day though..
up until recently i could shave everyday(once) but my skin has either gotten more sensitive of my honing is getting better(as in extremely sharp and taking off a bigger layer of skin). i still would hate to go back to disposables and canned junk. i have too much fun making my own soaps and buying new straights and honing them up and getting a great shave(course sometimes i find a really tough razor to get perfect:cry:)
i shave every day and sometime i shave twice a day i love it the whole thing .
Once every other day is good with me. Though if I had to be baby faced, that would be a twice daily thing. I would not go along with that, though I do like shaving.
My facial hair doesnt grow enough for me to have to shave once a day, or once a month for the matter. Than again I'm 15 and just having fun with my straight razor :D
On Jan.1st I came home about 1 a.m. and (I don't drink, so that was not part of the event) I spent about 20 minutes going over most of my wiskers with about 4 different shave ready razors, completely dry no water or anything, some of the razors I would strop and some I wouldn't, a little on this side with one and a little over here with another, just one pass for the most part WTG and a little XTG. I hadn't quite gotten the result that I wanted on the 31st and was just kind of obsessing about the stubble. Then still without any water or anything I did a rub over with the Ogallala Bay Rum AS and finally went to bed. :ziplip:
