High Plains Drifter

Inspired by the Outlaw Josey Wales thread, I thought I'd post this gem of a shave!

Looks like them bad boys came just in the nick of time... Clint was about to get his face slashed off by Mr Shaky Hands barber.

High Plains Drifter is an eerie film, but for some reason I never wanted to watch it again. Whereas Josey Wales, Pale Rider, and Unforgiven I could watch over and over.

I’m guess’n that one should never say to a man with a loaded gun that he smells worse than Lilac aftershave.

Gentlemen,

I have watched "High Plains Drifter" a number of times. It is an eerie movie, yes.

It is also surreal in its portrayal of the fight between good and evil, and that in the end justice prevails.

The barbershop scene is memorable. Seraphim, thank you for posting it.

Thanks for this post! I was just thinking about this a few days back, and was going to call my Father and ask what it was from. For some reason I was thinking it was in "Paint Your Wagon".
