Have you never seen a speech by Obama when the prompters did go down. A A A A Well Aaaa aaaa You see aaaa a aaa aa aa we aa aaa aaa and so on. Where as Bush showed he could think on his feet, just look at all the words and phrases he invented during his speeches.
