What an outstanding job you did on revitalizing both my computers. They both were slow, infected with a virus and now they work perfectly. Glen came out over the weekend and worked for 2 days on these things. Now I can even give honing lessons over the web on my webcam. You are just outstanding Dude!!! Can't thank you enough. If any of you around the Cleveland area need a computer Guy, Glen would be my recommendation in a heartbeat.

Thanks for the compliments Lynn. I'm glad you're webcam is working right. Thanks for the extra above and beyond my charges. The wife was really pleased with the extra income. We were able to get the pups spayed. I'm not sure the pups are happy with you now though ;).
