Cosmetic Surgery- Great Success!!!
I received a message from an old school friend of mine and was quite shocked at the content. You see, my friend like most middle aged women was beginning to suffer the ravages of time and gravity and decided to get a butt lift. Problem was she was on a budget so she was definitely going with the low bidder on this project. Despite her intial concerns however, the procedure was a resounding success and her gluteus maximus (and I do mean maximus) was lifted to new heights (literally)
