Kim Jong Il has passed to the next world!

I don't see any major changes for the people of N.Korea now that the dear leader is dead. It would be nice, but it won't be.

Nope. Just gonna be one dead crazy little peckerwood being replaced by one live crazy little peckerwood. Nothing is going to change for N. Korea or the tensions they cause in the world.
