Unfinished New Year's Resolutions - Get your motivation here!

There's still time! Anyone else working on finishing up any New Year's resolutions that have not yet been met?

I told myself that I would row a marathon this year. Obviously, I worked at in in the winter, then got thrown off track for a while, and worked my way back to it in the spring. Then came summer and I was out and about, which took me off course again. Two weeks ago, I realized I only had four months left, and I got back in the game. I'm still working on upping the distance and distance, so I'm rotating through long workouts, recovery, intervals/speed, recovery, day off. Today I pulled a 13k (which is just about a quarter of the full distance), and managed to stick to the expected pace for the day. Got off the erg, and I felt great. I have found that posting photos of my workout summary to facebook is a good motivational tool.

working intensely is mostly based on..well..whats your "goal"..lose weight...looks like Schwartzenegger?..lol..or just to get out of the house and feel better..yea I do this one..lol..but none the less..I take my workouts pretty seriousely

I have not made a New Years resolution for years. I never kept one, ever :shrug: in fact it got to the point I was afraid I would get hit by lightening if I kept making them and rationalizing my way out of them. : p
