Went to bed at 2 AM last night an up at 6 AM this morning. I average 6, 7 or 8 hours depending on the day but for some reason I awoke wide awake and I'm off today so ...... here I am bright eyed and bushy tailed until at least 10 AM when I'll probably take a nap ...... the coffee is good. :beer2:
So how many hours sleep do you average per night ?
I usually get to bed around 11pm and the kids normally wake me up between 5-6am. So thats 6-7 hours.
Less on a weekend, because I will stay up later, but the kids wake up the same time, probably 5-6 hours.

I am at a little less than 5 hours on average.
Roughly 5-6 hours, but that's mainly because I like to get up early and take my time in the morning. I enjoy the quiet time before the family gets up :)
Can't stand jumping out of bed and rushing out the house. Sets a bad tone for day for me.
6ish,bed at 9,read till 10,up at 4,I hate to sleep,such a waste of time.
At least 8 hours a night, sometimes 9. More sleep makes for better honing and shaving, plus it gives the cuts more time to heal.
Lately four to five hours, which is nice. A couple of weeks ago I was getting by on a little over three or going with none every other day and sleeping for six on the alternate.

Horrible sleep for years & SRP has not done a thing to make it better. :nono:
I blame the guys in Australia (like Mick) & the guys in Texas (like Wullie & Sharptonn) for my sleep problems of the last 2 years. :boohoo:
I wish I could go to bed before 11pm....seems every time I do I just lay there..so by midnight or so I am in bed and can fall asleep..then up at seven..I put six because I have issues falling asleep..
Unless I have been drinking heavily ;)
