Thank You to all SRP members who were generous enough to serve our counrty in the military.
If you can thank a vet in your neighborhood, that would be a kind and generous thing to do for them.
If you see a vet eating in a restaurant, put a few bucks on his table on your way out to help pay for his/her meal. What a great way to just say thank you.........!!

Yes that restaurant thing is a great idea.
Reminds me how bad the grub was on board the Moniter back in the "old navy".
At least you swabs had hot grub . . . Ahhhh remembering "C" rats . . . pork slices, crackers and chocolate pound cake for dessert . . . don't get much better 'en that. :gaah:Quote:
