Oh, sorry, I thought we were talking in english (your post before that should have been my clue, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and extrapolated it to be meaningful). Unfortunately I can not respond to random sentences which do not follow the most basic logic required for a conversation.

The legitimate role of federal government is very limited. Federal government requires taxes to address those things it is required to by law (See Supremacy Clause). Anything beyond is up to the individual states/ local govs and individuals.
So yes, regress the tax code back far enough to reflect the gov's legitimate use of tax money.
